Different source soils, demanding applications, different end properties can be mastered with liquid soil

As of 31 December 2012, PROV GmbH ceased to develop mix designs. Since 31 December 2012, only FiFB GmbH and LOGIC Logistic Engineering GmbH have been developing mix designs for RSS liquid soil.These mix designs are made available for the production of RSS liquid soil according to factory standard 6.03 or RAL-GZ 507. In addition to general data, mix designs provide the relevant nominal values as well as the specified mixing ratios of the individual components and the diameter of flow. Each mix design is provided with a validity period. At the end of the validity period, the mix design must be extended or no longer used. Only signed and stamped mix designs are valid.

Determination of soil mechanical parameters according to DIN 18136
Triaxial test for supplementary determination of soil mechanical parameters (shear force, cohesion, friction angle)
Determination of water permeability (kf value determination)
Determination of the refixation process at 10°C and 25°C air temperature
Push-through test to prove the avoidance of annular gaps and minimisation of the heat transfer resistance at the phase boundaries (small-scale tests for optimisation of the thermal transfer resistance and to prove that an annular gap does not develop)

Test of Lambda value of liquid soil
